West Shore Home is seeking a Window & Door Installer in Birmingham, AL. The role requires arriving by 6:30 AM, following SOPs, and delivering a 5-star customer experience while installing replacement windows and exterior doors.

You will travel to customer homes, set up, and perform installations with attention to safety and quality. A valid driver’s license and tools knowledge are required, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
