West Shore Home in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Window & Door Installer to join our field team. You will load materials, travel to homes, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and ensure a clean, professional job site.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday starting at 6:30 AM. Candidates should have carpentry/remodeling experience or a hunger to learn, plus basic hand and power tool knowledge and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling or construction, or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacements, and trim.
• Clean up the job site and show care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
