Job summary

West Shore Home in Andover, MA is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and grow our Installation teams, delivering five-star shower installations and bath remodels. You will coach, train, and align field crews with company goals, while partnering with GM, trainers, and operations to optimize the customer journey.

This exempt role requires a hands-on leader who can optimize warehouse and pre-installation processes, visit job sites, resolve issues, and monitor KPIs with revenues of $15MM+ as

Qualifications

• Experience in installation, construction, and home remodeling industry.
• Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing installation teams to install products effectively and profitably.
• Develop, implement, and improve processes for warehouse operations and pre-installation measurements.
• Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees.
• Lead and coach employees to meet expectations and drive continuous improvement.
• Interact with other managers to support and improve the customer journey.
