Job summary

West Shore Home in Cleveland is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and grow our installation team, ensuring five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences for customers. You will act as Leader, Motivator, and Coach with support from GM, trainers, and operations peers.

The role requires experience in installation, construction, and home remodeling; proven KPI delivery and revenue oversight; strong leadership; and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in the installation, construction, and home remodeling industry.
• Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success and employee engagement.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing your Installation team to effectively and profitably install our products.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for Warehouse operations and Pre-Installation Measurement process.
• Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees.
• Provide all employees with effective training in role requirements, working relationships, and company requirements and culture.
• Coach your employees to increase their effectiveness in role and to meet expectations.
• Continuously improve the systems and processes used to deliver outputs.
• Interact with other company managers to learn how to support and improve the customer journey.
