Job summary

West Shore Home in Boston-Andover is seeking an Installation Manager to lead a dynamic team of Installers and drive five-star shower installations and bath remodel projects. You will act as a Leader, Coach, and Motivator under the guidance of regional leadership, ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.

You will develop and implement scalable warehouse and pre-installation processes, visit job sites to resolve issues, and coach staff to exceed KPIs while upholding exceptional customer

Qualifications

Experience in installation, construction, and home remodeling industry.
Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more.
Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success and employee engagement.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Overseeing installation teams to install products profitably.
Develop, implement, and improve processes for Warehouse operations and Pre-Installation Measurement process.
Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees.
Provide training to employees and coach them to exceed expectations.
Interact with other company managers to learn how to support and improve the customer journey.
