Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate 1 at our Auburn, WA facility. This entry-level role supports window/door assembly, follows standard work, and collaborates with teammates to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.

We offer full-time hours on a 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00 am–2:30 pm) with overtime as needed; benefits include medical, dental and vision starting day one, plus PTO, holidays, and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• Understand written and verbal instructions in English and follow established work processes.
• Ability to safely move materials and operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends, as needed.
• Manufacturing and tape measure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe practices and wear required PPE at all times.
• Fabricate, assemble, and lift window and/or door units.
• Identify problems and communicate issues.
• Perform housekeeping duties in designated work areas.
• Assist with training co-workers.
• Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by leadership.

JOB DETAILS

Pay Range: $21.50 - $22.50

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:00 am - 2:30 pm, plus overtime based on production needs

Job Summary

Production Associate 1 performsentry-level assembly and/or glass productionofWindows & Doors.Followswell-defined standard works with guidance and oversight. Collaborateswith experienced teammates to develop new skills.Meetssafety, quality,and on-time delivery standards while minimizing waste and cost. Meets production targets whilemaintainingproduction flow.
