S&K Building Services is expanding across the nation and looking for a Ground Level Window Cleaning Technician. As a Ground Level Technician, you'll support our client base from the ground level. We also offer training and advancement opportunities.

This position supports Erlanger Window Cleaning, an S&K acquired company.

Location: 3619 O Hara Rd, Erlanger, KY 41018

What You'll Do

• Clean windows and glass surfaces using non-abrasive tools
• Communicate with site contact before, during, and after work, and obtain customer approval
• Transport, set up, and breakdown water-fed poles for cleaning multi-story windows
• Clean up after each job to leave no residue or dirt
• Maintain company vehicle and keep it stocked with supplies
• Attend weekly safety meetings

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to work and job sites
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress code
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to work on ladders from 5ft to 40ft (safety training provided)
