Shine Window Care is seeking an entry-level Window Cleaning Technician in Dawsonville, GA. You will ride with a teammate in Shine vehicles, perform window cleaning and related services at homes or businesses, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the day.

No prior experience is required; we provide training, uniforms, and all equipment. Starting pay is $15 per hour with potential commissions and bonuses, plus paid vacation/holidays and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mentality.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds.
• Not afraid of heights and able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to review the day’s game plan.
• Drive in Shine vehicles to customers’ homes or businesses and perform services.
• Meet customers to ensure expectations are met on the job.
• Return to Shine office to recap the day.

Window Cleaning Technician Job Summary

• Each day, you’ll meet with the team to review the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in one of our Shine vehicles to customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.

• Must have a strong attention to detail and a customer first mentality
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
