Job summary

Shine Window Care in Michigan is hiring a Window Cleaning & Exterior Cleaning Technician. You will work outdoors at homes and businesses, learn window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting, and see the results of your work daily.

No experience is required; we pay you during training. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with paid training, PTO, and opportunities for advancement into Crew Leader, Trainer, Sales, and Operations roles.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Your day starts at our Shine office at 7:30 AM with a quick team meeting. From there, you'll head out with a teammate in a Shine vehicle to customers' homes and businesses.

You'll learn to perform a variety of services throughout the year, including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and professional holiday light installation, while providing a great experience for our customers.

Most days wrap up around 4:00 PM, although finish times vary depending on the day's schedule. Our goal is generally to have everyone back by 5:00 PM.
