Shine Window Care is hiring for a Window Cleaning & Exterior Cleaning Technician in Farmington Hills, MI. Start at $17/hour with potential to reach $18/hour after training, plus tips and bonus opportunities. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday with paid training and PTO.

You’ll work outdoors, visit homes/businesses, learn new skills, and be part of a positive team environment. No experience is required; we’ll pay you during training.

• $17/hour starting pay with advancement to $18/hour typically within 60-90 days as you complete training and develop your skills

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Your day starts at our Shine office at 7:30 AM with a quick team meeting. From there, you'll head out with a teammate in a Shine vehicle to customers' homes and businesses.

You'll learn to perform a variety of services throughout the year, including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and professional holiday light installation, while providing a great experience for our customers.

Most days wrap up around 4:00 PM, although finish times vary depending on the day's schedule. Our goal is generally to have everyone back by 5:00 PM.
