Job Title: Facilities Cleaning Technician

Join us at tdgFacilities, LLC as a Facilities Cleaning Technician / Custodian supporting a corporate client in Cincinnati (Loveland). We are seeking dependable individuals committed to daily on-site presence, capable of delivering high-standard cleaning services within a skilled team.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks with site personnel
• Operate janitorial equipment safely
• Sanitize restrooms and clean surfaces
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, including stairs and hallways
• Maintain carpets and empty trash receptacles
• Wipe down doors and clean glass surfaces
• Participate in deep cleaning and special projects
• Restock supplies
• Optional: strip and wax floors
• Perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial janitorial work is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Self-management skills
• Good time management and communication skills
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
