Job summary

Shine Window Care is hiring for an entry-level Technician – Window Cleaning & Holiday Lighting. No prior experience required. You will join a team, travel to customer locations in our Shine vehicle, perform window cleaning and lighting tasks, and wrap up at the office with a recap of the day.

We offer training, uniforms, and the latest equipment, with a friendly, team-focused culture. Compensation ranges and bonuses reflect performance.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses and perform requested services.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• End your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
