Job summary

Shine in Hudsonville, MI is seeking motivated individuals to join our window cleaning team. You’ll drive our Shine vehicle to customer locations, perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning, and help ensure high-quality service each day.

No prior experience is required as Shine provides comprehensive training, uniforms, equipment, and a supportive team culture. The role offers hourly pay, potential bonuses, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide franchise.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses and perform services.
• Meet customers to ensure satisfaction with the day’s work.
• Return to the Shine office to recap the day.

Job description

• Money -- and opportunity to make more. Starting between $16-$18 per hour with potential for commissions and bonuses. You decide how much you can make!

Job Summary:

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
