The Position:

Working solo or on a 2 person team fulfilling your route for the day.

Performing window cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, and gutter cleaning for our awesome clients using our industry leading technology and equipment.

Providing a high level of service. Our company is all about service and we do everything we can to treat our clients like gold.

We specialize in providing a very high level of service to our clients. We are looking for someone who is friendly, detail oriented, and who takes pride in their work.

Who You Are:

Someone who strives to deliver error-free work and is not happy until a job is done right.

You must be comfortable working on extension ladders and working outdoors most of the time.

Any experience in the home service industry is an asset (window cleaning, landscaping, carpet cleaning, painting etc.).

You must be Hard Working, Hungry & Humble. We hire for attitude and character and we train for skill.

Compensation:

Performance Pay + Paid Bonuses (quality work, lead generation, upsells, and reviews) + Tips from homeowners

Job Duties Include:

Working on ladders and at height

Amazing customer service

Driving work vehicles to and from job site

Cleaning windows flawlessly

Pressure washing

Gutter cleaning

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
