Qualifications

• Read and interpret basic work instructions and production orders.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and stay active.
• Ability to stand, walk and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong team mindset and reliable attendance.
• Commitment to safety, quality and production goals.
• Problem-solving mindset; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and wear PPE.
• Read and interpret production orders; assist with material handling.
• Operate chop saws and fabrication equipment.
• Use pneumatic tools for assembly and fabrication.
• Assemble and install insulated glass panels into frames.
• Inspect units for quality; ensure proper packaging for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; support continuous improvement.
