Job summary

Esler Companies LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a skilled installer to safely demolish and complete window installation projects, prep openings, and perform finish work under the guidance of the Lead Installer.

You'll walk customers through the day’s plan, demonstrate craftsmanship, and uphold high standards, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, PTO, holidays, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or similar trades.
• Experience with window installation preferred.
• Proficiency with metal brake and power tools.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong craftsmanship and ability to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe demolition and completion of installation projects.
• Walkthroughs with customers before/after daily progress.
• Prep of windows, doors, openings (taping, caulking, cleaning).
• Finish work on interior and exterior surfaces.
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Installer on site.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe and efficient demolition and completion of the installation project.
• Perform walkthroughs with customers before and after the project to explain what will happen throughout the day.
• Preparation of windows, doors, and existing openings such as taping, caulking, and cleaning.
• Exterior and Interior finish work on all products.
• Working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.

Qualifications

• Experience working in construction, a trade, window installation, or similar.
• Experience working with a metal brake and power tools.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• A proven track record of superior craftsmanship.
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.

Pay

Pay $25 hourly plus performance based bonus potential.
