Job summary

Renewal by Andersen seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager in Maine to lead window and door installations. You will apply approved practices, estimate materials, and ensure alignment with company policies and financial goals while coordinating workflow and qualified personnel.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in construction project management, strong math, stellar communication, and the ability to travel within the territory. A valid US driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Install windows and doors using approved practices and measurements.
• Ensure projects are sold in line with company policies and financial objectives.
• Determine workflow, project complexity, and required skills to complete a project.
• Provide complete installation methods and material estimates meeting standards.
• Process project paperwork and EPA lead-safe documentation; perform other duties as assigned.

• Apply installation practices and accepted measurement techniques to install windows and doors for every fenestration.
• Ensure all projects have been sold in a manner commensurate with company policies and financial objectives.
• Determine workflow, project complexity, and identification of appropriate skills necessary to complete a project.
• Provide complete installation methods and material estimates for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards.
• Processing of project related paperwork and other administrative duties, including EPA lead safe work practice documentation.
• Other job duties as assigned.
