Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a warehouse associate to load and unload shipments, organize inventory, and prepare materials for installer pickups. You will clean and prep trucks, maintain a safe workspace, and assist with team lifts as needed.

This on-site role requires physical stamina and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Employees receive comprehensive benefits, pay starting at $19 per hour, and opportunities for career development within the Renewal by Andersen team.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, friendly, empathetic, and professional.
• Ability to stay organized and manage priorities independently.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change and feedback.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and standing.
• Comfortable working in a semi-climate-controlled environment.
