Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an entry-level Windings/Repair Operator to read model folders and blueprints, interpret OTIS and SMI, and work with various windings equipment in a fully onsite plant. You will use hand and powered tools, perform setup tasks, and uphold quality standards while following safety procedures.

This role involves repetitive manual work, basic computer use for online information, and rotation through multiple tasks such as Press, Pre-connect, Connect, and Stator testing.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions.
• Operate and adjust hand and power tools to set up equipment.
• Maintain quality standards and report issues to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, OTIS, and SMI to identify required components.
• Set up and operate equipment at specified tolerances.
• Ensure safe operation of powered equipment at production rates.
