Job summary

ABB is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support the on-site maintenance team. You will respond to emergencies, perform mechanical repairs, and help keep the production line running smoothly by following established guidelines and procedures.

You will identify equipment issues, document recurring problems, and calibrate and adjust machinery to meet production specifications. The role offers an onsite work model in a fast-paced manufacturing environment within ABB's Americas operations.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on mechanical repair experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience in maintenance or industrial repair.
  • Qualified in mechanical equipment and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergencies and equipment breakdowns on the production line.
  • Report recurring machinery problems for records.
