Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced Winding Foreman to lead industrial motor and generator winding operations while remaining hands-on with repairs. The role will supervise winding technicians, coordinate workflow, review winding data and repair specifications, and oversee winding quality and testing.

Ideal candidates have extensive motor or generator winding experience plus prior lead, foreman, or supervisory experience.

Job description

Pay: $24–$34/hour DOE
Full-Time | Relocation Available

Seeking an experienced Winding Foreman to lead industrial motor and generator winding operations while remaining hands-on with repairs.

The Foreman will supervise winding technicians, coordinate workflow, review winding data and repair specifications, oversee stator/rotor/armature winding, ensure quality and testing requirements are met, and assist with complex winding and troubleshooting projects.

Candidates should have extensive motor or generator winding experience plus previous lead, foreman, or supervisory experience.

Relocation package includes

• up to $3,000 reimbursement with receipts
• $650/month housing assistance for 3 months
• $1,500 at 90 days
• $1,500 at 180 days
