Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial motor winding/rewinding experience.
• Experience with AC/DC motors, rotors, windings and data collection.
• Willing to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX for on-site work.
• Familiarity with motor repair practices and testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Wind, rewind and test AC/DC motors and generators.
• Disassemble/reassemble motors and troubleshoot failures.
• Wind coils, form coils, and collect winding data.
• Follow repair practices per industry standards (EASA/AR100).
• Work on projects requiring insulation testing and measurements.

Seeking experienced Electric Motor Winders in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with 3+ years of hands‑on industrial motor winding/rewinding experience.

Key Experience:

• AC/DC electric motors and generators
• Stators, armatures, wound rotors and field coils
• Strip/rewind and winding data collection
• Form coil and random winding
• Copper coil installation, insulation, brazing and soldering
• Motor disassembly/reassembly and troubleshooting
• Megger, surge, Hi-Pot and insulation testing
• Schematics and winding diagrams
• EASA/AR100 motor repair practices

Must relocate to Corpus Christi, Texas.
