Job summary

Devine Management Consulting is seeking experienced winders for an industrial motor and generator repair facility. Must relocate to Corpus Christi, Texas, with a relocation package including up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement, housing assistance, and staged bonuses.

Candidates should have 3+ years of hands-on electric motor rewinding experience, handling AC/DC rotating equipment, wind data, winding, insulation, and related testing. Immediate openings with OT opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on electric motor rewinding experience
• Experience with AC/DC rotating equipment and stator/rotor components
• Familiarity with insulation, brazing and electrical connections
• Experience with diagnostic testing ( Surge/Megger/core-loss ) and EASA practices

Responsibilities

• WIND motors/windings and inspect AC/DC rotating equipment.
• Perform winding data collection, motor stripping, coil winding and insertion.
• Maintain insulation, brazing and electrical connection quality.
• Conduct surge, megger and core-loss tests per EASA practices.
