Job summary

Devine Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Electric Motor Winder/ Motor Rewind Technician to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX (relocation required). The role focuses on winding and rewinding AC/DC industrial motors, and performing repair and testing to ensure reliability.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of hands-on motor winding experience, a proven track record in stators, rotors, armatures, and coil winding, and willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Perform motor disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly
• Measure, cut, form, and install copper windings/coils
• Apply insulation and varnish
• Perform surge and insulation-resistance testing
• Read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and winding specifications
• Perform brazing and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting

Electric Motor Winder / Motor Rewind Technician

$24–$34/hour | Full-Time | Relocation to Corpus Christi, TX Required

We are hiring an experienced Electric Motor Winder. Candidates located in Tulsa, Oklahoma and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply; this position requires relocation to Corpus Christi, Texas.

Relocation & Bonuses

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement
• $1,950 housing assistance

• $1,500 90-day retention bonus
• $1,500 180-day retention bonus

Responsibilities

• Wind and rewind AC/DC industrial electric motors
• Wind and repair stators, rotors, armatures, and motor coils
