Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to learn assembly drawings, measuring devices, and winding processes through structured training.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials, tools, equipment, and work areas to keep winding moving efficiently.
• Learn condenser bushing winding through apprentice-style training with experienced Winders.
• Support winding activities using winding machines, cranes, hand tools, templates, tapes, calipers, and measuring devices.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and customer specifications with guidance.
• Communicate equipment, material, quality, or process concerns to the Winder Operator and team.
• Participate in continuous training to progress toward a Winder role.
• Work safely and comply with all safety, quality, and production requirements.
• Operate a computer and learn specialized programs as needed.
• Stand/walk up to 12 hours per day and lift up to 35 pounds.
