Job summary

Yochana is seeking an experienced Windchill Upgrade Consultant to support PTC Windchill / Windchill+ implementation and upgrade projects. You will execute major and minor Windchill upgrade projects independently, and handle Windchill architecture, databases, data management, and infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on Windchill upgrades (3–5+ upgrades), WinDU/WinRU analysis, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

3+ years of Windchill upgrade experience.
Hands-on with 3–5+ Windchill upgrades.
Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill and upgrade procedures.
Experience with Windchill architecture, databases, and infrastructure.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Execute major and minor Windchill upgrade projects independently.
Perform WinDU and WinRU analysis, repairs, and data integrity checks.
Execute Upgrade Manager and resolve upgrade blocks/issues.
Troubleshoot Windchill upgrade, configuration, and system-related issues.
Work with Windchill architecture, databases, data management, and infrastructure.
Create and maintain ServiceNow tickets.
Prepare technical notes, upgrade documentation, and project deliverables.
Follow quality processes and participate in knowledge sharing.
Support complex environments involving clustering, replication, and advanced configurations.
