Job summary

Progressive IT seeks an experienced Windchill specialist to implement and maintain PTC Windchill and related PLM/ALM environments in our Texas operations. You will lead installation, configuration, and lifecycle management of server-based applications, collaborating with IT teams and contributing to documentation and testing.

Responsibilities include handling installations, upgrades, and change management while adhering to security standards and best practices for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of PTC Windchill.
• Advanced knowledge of PLM/ALM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Advanced knowledge of IIS, application servers and web servers configuration and management.
• Advanced knowledge of infrastructure services (AD, DNS, DHCP, NTP, LDAP, certificates).
• Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity (CMMC, NIST 800-171).
• Basic Windows scripting/PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of ALM, Change Management and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with PLM across product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windchill and related PLM environments.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installations and operations.
• Manage changes and upgrades to environments; update documentation accordingly.
• Collaborate with IT teams to define standards, processes and documentation.
• Develop and maintain desktop infrastructure documentation and perimeter documentation.
• Ensure safe work practices and contribute to health and safety programs.
