What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the delivery of sustaining system updates for the enterprise-wide PLM platform, PTC Windchill
- Translate user challenges into detailed user stories and requirements, including supporting documentation
- Conduct fit/gap analysis based on current system state and proposed requirements
- Educate partners on PLM capabilities and data architecture for better understanding during solution definition
- Drive production system issues to resolution by collaborating with technical and business partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 10 years of PLM domain experience
- Minimum of 5 years delivering technical solutions for business problems
- At least 5 years of experience with PLM in the Medical Devices industry
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PTC Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, and MPMLink
- Certification in SAFe
- Technical background in data architecture, API development/design, and PLM system integrations
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence systems
- Proven ability to lead globally distributed teams
