CSI Companies is seeking a highly skilled PTC Windchill PLM Developer/Technical Consultant for remote work with periodic travel. You will lead customization, configuration, data migration, upgrades, and integration of Windchill with SAP S/4 and MES/Apriso, enabling advanced BOM and Process Plans management across enterprise systems.

The role requires 5+ years in Windchill and a track record of end-to-end implementations, strong scripting for deployments, and WMS/PLM workflow expertise. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PTC Windchill configuration, customization, and data migration experience.
• Experience delivering at least 3 end-to-end Windchill implementation and data migration projects.
• Experience with Windchill 13.x and/or 14.x.
• Experience with PTC Creo/CAD data migration.
• Strong experience with Windchill workflows, change management, Process Plans, and BOM management.
• Experience integrating Windchill with downstream enterprise systems such as SAP S/4 and MES/Apriso.
• Experience supporting application code, integration configurations, deployment scripts, build scripts, cron jobs, and custom utilities.
• Ability to travel approximately 1–2 weeks per month and must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsabilités

• Support development activities associated with a Windchill 14/2027 upgrade.
• Configure and customize PTC Windchill environments.
• Deploy and support MPMLink and Process Plans.
• Develop and support PLM interfaces with systems such as SAP S/4, MES/Apriso, and enterprise part libraries.
• Configure workflows, change management, BOM management, Process Plans, and other business processes.
• Install Windchill modules and execute Upgrade Manager and related administrative activities.
• Review and support PLM code, integration configurations, install/build/deployment scripts, cron jobs, and custom utilities.
• Support development, QA, and production environments.
