CSI Companies is seeking a highly skilled PTC Windchill PLM Developer/Technical Consultant for remote work with periodic travel. You will lead customization, configuration, data migration, upgrades, and integration of Windchill with SAP S/4 and MES/Apriso, enabling advanced BOM and Process Plans management across enterprise systems.

The role requires 5+ years in Windchill and a track record of end-to-end implementations, strong scripting for deployments, and WMS/PLM workflow expertise. U.S.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of PTC Windchill configuration, customization, and data migration experience.
• Experience delivering at least 3 end-to-end Windchill implementation and data migration projects.
• Experience with Windchill 13.x and/or 14.x.
• Experience with PTC Creo/CAD data migration.
• Strong experience with Windchill workflows, change management, Process Plans, and BOM management.
• Experience integrating Windchill with downstream enterprise systems such as SAP S/4 and MES/Apriso.
• Experience supporting application code, integration configurations, deployment scripts, build scripts, cron jobs, and custom utilities.
• Ability to travel approximately 1–2 weeks per month and must be a U.S. Citizen.

PTC Windchill PLM Developer / Technical Consultant

Location: Remote with travel/colocation required

Travel: Approximately 1 week per month

We are seeking an experienced PTC Windchill PLM Developer/Technical Consultant to support the customization, configuration, integration, migration, upgrade, and administration of enterprise Windchill environments.

This role will support Windchill upgrade initiatives as well as development and integration efforts connecting PLM with other enterprise and manufacturing systems.
