Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Windchill PLM Functional Consultant for a hybrid role based in Mankato, MN. You will analyze business processes, configure Windchill modules, and support change management and user adoption across engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.

The role requires strong Windchill expertise (PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink) and experience with ECN/ECR, BOM and document management, along with governance and workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Windchill PLM experience with PDMLink, ProjectLink and MPMLink.
• Strong knowledge of PLM concepts, PDM, ECN/ECR and BOM management.
• Experience with governance, workflows, and access control in Windchill.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and design Windchill-based solutions.
• Configure Windchill modules and support user adoption and training.
• Work with IT and business users on integrations and customizations.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
