Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Windchill Functional Consultant to work remotely from Minneapolis, MN, with travel to Mankato, MN about once per week. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design Windchill solutions across PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and related modules.

You will lead workshops, document requirements, configure Windchill, support UAT, training, and change management, and collaborate with PLM and IT teams to ensure adoption and ongoing success in product data

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Windchill PLM.
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts.
• Knowledge of PDM and BOM management.
• Experience with Windchill modules (PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink).
• Experience with change management and document management workflows.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate to Windchill designs.
• Support UAT and training activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather requirements.

• Demonstrate Windchill capabilities to users.
• Define lifecycle states, workflows, roles, and access controls.
