Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Windchill Functional Consultant to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design Windchill solutions for PLM environments.

You will work with business users, product development teams, and IT to configure PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, Change Management, and related modules, while driving training and change management efforts across the organization. This hybrid role is based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Gather and analyze business requirements from engineering, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams.
• Document functional requirements, use cases, and process flows.
• Translate business requirements into Windchill solution designs.
• Windchill capability demonstrations for business users.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current PLM processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design standardized product development and engineering change processes.
• Recommend best practices for product data governance.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions.
