Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in the United States is seeking a Windchill Functional Consultant to analyze business processes, design PLM solutions, and configure Windchill modules. This hybrid role is based at Mankato, MN, with collaboration across business users, product teams, and IT.

You will document requirements, demonstrate capabilities, and support UAT and change management, while guiding lifecycle and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Windchill PLM experience
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts and MDO processes
• Experience with PDMLink, ProjectLink and MPMLink

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather requirements for Windchill solutions
• Configure Windchill modules and support UAT and adoption
• Define lifecycle states, workflows, access controls and business rules
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements
