Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed PLM specifications.
• Configure PLM systems: object types, attributes, lifecycles, workflows, and access control.
• Provide second-level support for PLM, CAD, and Simulation users; develop training programs.
• Develop and maintain PLM/CAD documentation and user guides.
• Assist in process analysis and system enhancements within Windchill.
• Create and execute test plans for new features and fixes.
• Coordinate with external contractors; review designs and ensure timely delivery.
• Review contractor solutions, extensions, and integrations (Java, JSP, APIs).
• Work with Oracle databases for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
• Develop and validate custom reports and dashboards with contractors.
• Support PLM integrations with other enterprise systems and issue troubleshooting with contractors.
• Help monitor PLM performance and report issues to contractors.
• Establish best practices for version control and deployment with contractors.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
