Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a PDM / Document Control Specialist to own HSIO’s engineering documentation ecosystem and govern Windchill PLM, SharePoint, and Power Platform workflows.

You will standardize templates, manage revisions, train cross-functional teams, enable audit readiness, and collaborate with IT across global locations to improve data quality and traceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years’ experience in PLM, document control, or engineering operations.
• Hands-on experience with PDM/PLM systems (Windchill preferred).
• Experience with engineering drawings and CAD data.
• Strong revision control, configuration management, and ECR/ECN workflows.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain standard documentation structures, templates, and naming conventions.
• Manage Windchill PDM and related tools to align with business operations.
• Develop SOPs for data management processes and ensure audit readiness.
• Train cross-functional teams to adopt standards and processes.
