Extensive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting is required, along with data collection and reporting to plant management. A valid driver's license and ability to work in varied weather are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; wind tech training preferred.
• One year college or technical certificate or 12 months wind experience.
• Ability to climb towers up to 100 meters daily to perform maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wind turbine equipment and related infrastructure.
• Read schematics and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance following OEM manuals.
