The role emphasizes engaging instruction, real-world diagnostics, and curriculum development in collaboration with the education team to keep courses current

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of practical work experience in the field required.
• Energy/Wind/Electrical Journeyman/Licensed Technician or NCCER Certified Instructor; associate or bachelor’s degree in related field a plus (teaching experience excluded).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Patient and empathetic approach to teaching and guiding students.

Responsibilities
