This role emphasizes interactive teaching, safety, and curriculum development, with opportunities to mentor students and influence program outcomes while enjoying a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, 3–5 years in wind energy or related field preferred, GWO certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate: create an engaging learning environment where students can grow and learn wind energy concepts.
• Hands-on training: lead practical demonstrations, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing wind turbine systems.
• Curriculum development: collaborate with the education team to refresh and expand courses to reflect industry trends.
• Mentorship: guide students on projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions.
• Safety first: teach and enforce safety procedures to ensure a secure learning environment.

Position Overview

As a Wind Turbine Instructor, you\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. Your expertise in turbine systems and components will be the guiding light that leads them to a promising career in many different industries.
