Deutsche Windtechnik (DWT) is seeking a Service Technician I in Amarillo, Texas. You will provide leadership and technical direction while conducting repairs and preventive maintenance on wind turbine systems.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in wind turbine technology. A valid driver’s license, strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills are essential for this role, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Wind Turbine Technician.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform routine preventive maintenance on wind turbines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Assist with high-voltage system maintenance and repair.
