Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background, preferably gearing related.
• Mandarin Chinese fluency strongly preferred for HQ collaboration.
• Excellent oral and written communication and a customer-focused attitude.
• Technical knowledge of power transmission products and applications; experience with project management.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, ERP, Adobe and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering support for wind turbine and gearboxes remanufacturing and field service activities.
• Write and review process procedures and inspection reports for gearbox activities.
• Design tools and define testing methods per industry standards or internal requirements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, sales, and field teams to improve process capability.
• Train production and field technicians on process procedures and safety.
• Coordinate with US and China teams to support projects and ensure on-time delivery.
