Job summary

Nordex Group in the United States is seeking an Assembly Operator - Electrical Production Technician to install and wire electrical systems in wind turbine nacelles, including control panels, sensors and harnesses. You will work within established quality, safety and environmental procedures to support the company’s mission of delivering clean power plants.

The role requires 3+ years of electrical assembly experience, familiarity with schematics, and the ability to read instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Electrical certifications or technical training.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing.
• Experience with wind turbines or industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read work instructions and electrical schematics.
• Crane operator certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical components in wind turbine nacelles.
• Route and secure wiring harnesses and control systems.
• Test electrical continuity and system functionality.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement and audits.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams.
