Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Blade Components team. You will work with senior engineers to design, analyze, and evaluate blade components for robustness and manufacturability across the full product lifecycle.

You will learn through hands-on projects, collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, and contribute to safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while developing your career in wind energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design concepts.
• Experience with metallic or composite component design and testing.
• Ability and willingness to travel globally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Support design, analysis, and evaluation of blade components.
• Learn from experts and provide technical solutions for field quality issues.
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing and Quality teams.
• Assist in field issue resolution and NTI initiatives.
