Analytical Mechanics Associates, Inc. (AMA) seeks a Wind Tunnel Model Design Engineer to join the wind tunnel design group at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. The role supports AMA’s RSES contract and involves learning wind tunnel model design and mechanical mechanism concepts.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering and is early in their career, with a willingness to learn wind tunnel modeling. CREO experience is a plus; U.S.

Qualifications

• BS in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering required or imminent.
• Early career welcomed and mentored for wind tunnel model design.
• Experience with CREO and/or FEA is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Join the wind tunnel model design group at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA.
• Support the RSES contract and AMA’s wind tunnel design projects.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop robust wind tunnel models and components.
