Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) seeks a Subject Matter Expert Wind Tunnel Design Engineer to join the wind tunnel model design group at NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) in Hampton, Virginia.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of wind tunnel design and analysis experience, strong mechanical design skills, and CREO/ProE experience or familiarity with 3D modeling for wind tunnel models. This is a part-time position with pay ranging from $45–$65 per hour.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering required.
• At least 15 years of wind tunnel design and analysis experience.
• Experience with ProE/Creo or similar 3D modeling software.
