Analytical Mechanics Associates, Inc. (AMA) seeks an experienced Wind Tunnel Model Designer to join the wind tunnel model design group at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA. The role involves wind tunnel model design, mechanical mechanism design, and stress analysis using hand calculations.

The position is part-time with hourly wages ranging from $45 to $65 per hour, based on education and experience. CREO experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years of wind tunnel design and analysis experience.
• Experience with ProE/Creo or similar 3D modeling software preferred.
