Job summary

Sky Climber Renewables is seeking a Wind Technician Level 1 for a full-time opportunity in Texas. This position is part of the TOP Wind Technician Development Program, providing extensive safety and technical training.

Technicians will maintain and repair wind turbine equipment in a service team environment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. Ideal candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and be passionate about safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Successful completion of a climb preview prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades.
• Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely.
• Accurately document all work performed.

Skills

Ability to read, write, and understand English

Communication skills

Mechanical or electrical background

Passionate about safety

Education
