Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources, LLC in Hart, TX is seeking a Wind Tech Leader to guide technicians in wind farm maintenance and diagnostics. You will lead field operations focused on safe, reliable turbine upkeep and performance optimization.

Qualifications include 5+ years in a technical field or a technical certificate/degree, a valid non-CDL driver’s license, and ability to climb a wind turbine up to 300 feet. Relocation may be available.

Qualifications

High School Grad / GED.
Experience: 5+ years in a technical field, OR completion of a technical certificate/degree program.
Valid Driver’s License (NON CDL).
Ability to climb a wind turbine up to 300 feet.
Post-Offer Functional Capacity Eval.

Responsibilities

Assists in the selection and training of team members.
Prepares and reviews administrative documentation relating to time sheets and performance evaluations.
Assists Site Manager in the preparation of reports regarding operations, maintenance, and budgeting.
Maintains a safe work environment.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
