Qualifications

• Wind Technician certificate or wind turbine experience.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Safety-conscious with strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with the team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and continuously improve operational processes.
• Accurately time code all work activities to support tracking of duration and efficiency.
