Vestas is seeking a Wind Site Technician II to ensure reliable wind turbine operation. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and address system faults, working with a team to keep communities powered in a demanding outdoor environment.

Eligible candidates should have a Wind Technician certificate or equivalent experience, be physically fit, and able to work safely at heights. The role offers a structured schedule, training opportunities, and potential overtime in a global wind

Qualifications

• Wind Technician certificate or 1 year wind turbine experience or 2 years mechanical/electrical fields.
• Must be able to follow safety protocols and work collaboratively.
• English language ability required to read instructions and communicate with team.
• High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with your team.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to improve turbine performance.
• Document work and track task duration for performance insights.
• Accurately code all work activities to support reporting.
